Yet again our wonderful Nursery and Reception children did us proud.
Well done to you all, you smashed sports day!!!!!

The nursery children had a lovely morning at forest school on Friday.
They all made Moon faces, using clay. The children picked a tree trunk to press the clay into to make a pattern.
This week we are going to paint them, like the moon in our story book “Papa, Please get the moon for me”

Forest school is always a favourite with all the children, they like looking for bugs and frogs and running in our wonderful field, with freedom to explore.

What a busy first day back in Nursery we have had. Lots of chatter, laughter and fun has been had by all.
It’s wonderful to see all the children getting along and playing together.

We have had a wonderful day visiting Chatsworth farm park. All the children had a go on the tractor ride and fed and stroked the animals. A great day was had by all 🥰

We have had a few busy weeks in nursery at Renishaw Primary School.
Elmer made an appearance, we were looking at patterns and this week we have extend it to shapes on our light box making repeating patterns.

Forest school, we went on an apple hunt. Once we found them, we made Gruffalo Crumble, which was very yummy and enjoyed by all.
Today we opened up our small outdoor area in nursery with h the weather being warmer.
The children used recycled cans to make castles and palaces, played with the water and sand 🥰
