What if the people around you don’t recognise you anymore?
Sometimes growth means making decisions that your friends, family, or even the people closest to you don’t understand.
And that can feel uncomfortable.
But the women I work with aren’t looking for permission to become the next version of themselves.
They’re already successful.
They already have the business.
They already know they’re capable of more.
What they’re learning is how to grow without shrinking themselves to keep everyone else comfortable.
Because your next level might require you to stop asking, “What will they think of me?”
And start asking, “What do I actually want?” ✨
If you’re at a point where you know there’s more for you, comment FOCUS and let’s have a conversation. 🤍
Maryan Ali Mowliid
Business Consultant & Keynote Speaker for Muslim business women plateaued at £5k–£20k a month. Scale, not grow. The Ceiling-Breakers gather here!
*In case we haven’t met yet, *👋🏽 *I **Assalamu alaikum, I’m Maryan Ali Mowliid.* 🌸
I’m a mum, I live in the UK, and I have a deep belief that *a woman shouldn’t have to become MASCULINE to become more successful.*
I work with already-successful women entrepreneurs who already be generating *£20K months, but quietly know t*here is so much more in them. ✨
She wants to turn those £20K months into *£50K and £100K months. She wants to become a millionaire but not at the expense of herself. She wants **time freedom*, security peace, she also wants to travel all around the world whilst she creates impact.
And ultimately, she wants to build something so meaningful that *her legacy lives far beyond her.* 🌷
That is the woman I work with and I teach her that there is another way to build, a way that combines *strategy with femininity w*here you can lead without carrying everything where you can grow without constantly forcing, and build wealth without believing exhaustion is the price you have to pay for it.
Because I don't believe you have to become a masculine woman to build a bigger empire.
*You can build the wealth*, the empire, *create the legacy and still feel beautifully, unapologetically **you*, while doing it. 🌸
If you're already successful and something inside you knows you're ready for your next level, comment *“FEMININE”* and let’s have a conversation. 🤍
If you go into a sales call thinking, “I need this person to say yes,” you’ve already put your focus in the wrong place.
Stop thinking about what their money could do for you and start thinking about **what your service could do for them. Ask yourself,**
How can I serve this person?
How can I help them?
How could working with me genuinely change their life or business?
Because people **feel your intention**.
They might not be able to explain why something feels off, but desperation, pressure and neediness can be felt.
When your heart is in the right place, your energy changes.
You stop trying to **get the sale** and start focusing on **serving the person**.
And that changes the whole conversation.
If you want to work with me privately on becoming the woman capable of leading and scaling your business, comment **“CLARITY”** to book a discovery call.
Your children don’t need to watch you disappear in order to know you love them. You can be a present, loving mother and still have ambition.
You can build the business, pursue the dream, create wealth and become the woman you know you’re capable of becoming.
The truth is, motherhood doesn’t have to be the end of your dreams. Sometimes, it can be the reason you dream even bigger. 🤍
Imagine if, when I became a single mum, I told myself, “My children only have me, so I can’t build a bigger business.”
Imagine where I would be today.
Instead, I refused to use motherhood as an excuse to play small. Today, I make tens of thousands of pounds a month and I couldn’t be more proud of the woman and mother I’ve become.
Now I help successful women entrepreneurs build the systems, structure and support they need to scale their businesses without sacrificing their families.
Comment MUM if you’re ready to scale your business without giving up what matters most.
I was a little girl with big dreams, and life took me through chapters I could never have imagined. Every one of them shaped the woman I am today a woman who now helps successful businesswomen scale, grow their revenue and step into their next level.
This is a story about how your past doesn't define where you finish. It prepares you for what's next.
Comment NEXT CHAPTER if you're ready to step into yours.
The moment I stopped second-guessing myself and waiting to feel “ready” was the moment everything changed.
There is no perfect time to scale. There is only the decision to focus, think bigger, and take bold action.
That’s what allowed me to scale my business I stopped waiting for confidence and started moving like the woman I knew I wanted to become.
Comment FOCUS if you’re ready to work together. 🤍
Success isn’t always about achieving more. Sometimes, it’s about finding more peace.
When I stopped carrying the outcome and started trusting Allah with the results, everything changed. I still plan, execute, and show up, but with less pressure and more peace.
Comment “PEACE” if you want to learn the steps that helped me get here.
I have 1:1 mentoring available for female founders ready to scale with the right strategy, systems, and support.
DM me “MENTOR” and let’s chat.
For a long time, many female founders believe that being successful means being constantly available.
Answering messages during family time.
Checking emails late at night.
Making every decision yourself.
Feeling guilty when you step away.
But that isn’t freedom.
I’ve seen how quickly a business can become overwhelming when everything depends on the founder.
The shift happens when you stop asking, “How can I fit more into my day?”and start asking, “What can I change so my business doesn’t need all of me?”
Here are a few places to start:
1. Stop being the default for everything.
If someone else can handle it with the right guidance, delegate it.
2. Build systems around repeated tasks.
If you keep explaining, answering, or fixing the same thing, create a simple process for it.
3. Protect your time.
Your calendar shouldn’t be completely controlled by your business. Create boundaries around when you work and when you switch off.
4. Create clear responsibilities.
Your team should know who owns what, so every small decision doesn’t come back to you.
5. Give yourself permission to step away.
Your business should be able to keep moving while you spend time with your children, rest, or simply live your life.
Scaling isn’t just about making more money.
It’s about building a business that supports the life you actually want.
That’s what I help ambitious female founders do through the right systems, structure, and support, so they can scale without burnout and create more freedom in their lives.
If your business currently needs you for everything, comment “FREEDOM.” Let’s talk about what needs to change.
What if the way you see the world isn’t the whole reality?
In this conversation with Mel Kanavan, we explore how our minds interpret the world through our own experiences, past events and unconscious patterns, often before we’re even aware it’s happening.
We also talk about building a business as a neurodivergent woman and challenging the belief that ADHD or autism has to stand in the way of entrepreneurship. Sometimes understanding how your mind works can completely change how you lead, build and experience your business.
