Hi everyone 🙋🏼♀️
Thought I’d introduce myself properly as I’ve had quite a few new people follow me recently (Thank you ☺️)
I’m Bex.
(That’s me in the pics from 2020 to now)
Online coach, single mum and honestly just a normal woman that got fed up of constantly starting over 😭
I started my fitness journey wanting to feel more confident in myself and yeah… look a bit fitter/hotter too 😂

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY .. 🏝️
I going away soon and wanting to lean up a little.
This is what I eat in a day.. & pretty much everyday BECAUSE it’s so DELICIOUS.
Consistency is key when it comes to fitness and body goals, you do NOT need to over complicate it with loads of variety 🙅🏼♀️
