Happy Thank a Teacher Day! Today, we're celebrating the incredible teachers and support staff across our school who inspire, encourage and make a difference every single day. 🏫
Staff, students and families have been sharing messages of thanks for the people who make our school such a special place. Here are just a few:
🗨️ "She has recently joined Aston Lodge and she is constantly proving what an asset she is. This shines through in everything she does. She steps up and helps others wherever she can and is such a lovely colleague to work with."
🗨️ "Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble and they can always be relied upon - thank you!"
🗨️ "Thank you once again for putting the children first and going out of your way to make sure everyone is looked after and happy!"
Thank you!

Prom is a special milestone for our students, but the cost of prom wear and accessories can be a challenge for some families.
That’s why Wickersley Partnership Trust is proud to launch the WPT Prom Bank - a new initiative designed to help future Year 6 and 11 students access and borrow prom attire, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to celebrate their big night with confidence.

🔷 Shoes
🔷 Bags

All sizes of adult formalwear and children's formalwear from 9 - 12 years are welcomed.

🌊 Recently, Y6 had an amazing three days on their residential, visiting Robin Hood’s Bay, Whitby, and Scarborough. Throughout the trip, they enjoyed a wide range of activities, including visits to the beach, bird watching, learning about water safety with the Royal National Lifeboat Institution, spending time in the arcades, and going bowling. Along the way, they experienced new places, learned new skills, and created lasting memories with their friends.
The children represented the school brilliantly throughout the residential, demonstrating excellent behaviour and teamwork. It has been a wonderful reward for all of their hard work, and we are incredibly proud of every one of them. Well done, Year 6!
