Aughton Primary Academy

A huge thank you to Miss Pegg, Mrs Hartley, Miss Oke and Miss Maloney, who have kindly given up their own time to lead, accompany and support pupils on the Y5/6 residential visit to High Adventure. Their dedication and commitment help to make these memorable experiences possible for our children.

We’d also like to say well done to all the children who have taken part in the trip. The staff shared that they have been polite, engaged and kind. They have shown resilience, embraced new experiences with enthusiasm and represented our school brilliantly - we are so incredibly proud of each of them. They have been a credit to themselves, their families and our school community. Miss Pegg shared that they also had the tidiest rooms of any residential we have done. 😉

🗳️ School Council take over …

School council took over Mrs Tomlinson’s office this morning to meet jakerichardsmp They shared what they do in their council meetings, what projects they have or are working on and Jake shared his role including what his job is as part of parliament 🗳️

They all spoke confidently and articulated their thoughts and ideas with confidence, so proud of them all 🌟

⚽🏆 World Cup Fever Has Arrived! 🏆⚽

Today, our Year 5 and Year 6 pupils took part in a World Cup Sweepstake and have each been allocated a team to cheer on! 🌍🎉

The excitement is already building, and there will be a prize for the pupils with the top TWO teams at the end of the tournament! 🥇🥈
