Merely hoping for change doesn't cut it.

If there are some things that'll definitely change, best to identify and anticipate them. But actually, if you're just hoping while you know things need to be different, then I can help.

Help you stop putting it off, get in touch with what you need, and start building a future you'll find meaningful!

Don't just hope it'll happen, get in touch and let's make it happen.

Keeping going is good - well done! And yet...

β›³ Are you going the right way?

🎯 Is your destination within reach?

β˜” Does the weather seem against you?

It'd be good to have someone at your side as you tackle tough change. Someone to help read the lay of the land, set solid and achievable goals, then cheerlead your way to the top of the hill - in any weather.

βœ… Coaching like this is an investment.

A decision that your future will be more meaningful, more engaging, and more rewarding. It's not a passive journey - it's a positive challenge that brings you growth.

β˜€ And yes, coaches bring out the sun on demand. Obviously.

Choose growth, make an investment, get in touch.

While trying to do something new, I did a pretty bad job. Then, things quickly got better.

This is how we get good at stuff. We try, get some feedback, make a change, try again, and so on, until eventually things are notably better.

Your first step won't be as confident and capable as the ones you take later. That's okay. The important thing is to get going and keep learning.

I did get some canny photos of me and the bike, but actually this one was my favourite. Selfie sticks aren't hard, but lighting and camera modes, stopping the sidestand sinking into the gravel, and making sure the bluetooth pairing was still working... there's been some lessons today!

Some runs are pure joy. Some are more about getting you to that joyful place.

Not every mile will be enjoyable, but by investing in yourself, working toward what matters, making sure you get things done - with that mindset, strength, and patience you'll be ready when the sun starts shining.

Today's been a bit of a grumpy day at Gower Towers.

I know what I want to do and it involves going back to University and getting a Masters degree. Doing that won't be easy and I'm pained a bit as I think of the sacrifices I need to make.

Still, I want to climb that mountain and the only way is up.

As I reflect on the journey I've had so far, I'm reminded of things I have gotten done. Places I've been. Terrible sunglasses and goatees I've worn. Turns out I've got lots to be thankful for. And my experiences have built endurance that means I'll climb this mountain, and the next one, and I'll keep going.

It pays to re-frame our thoughts when they're unhelpful. What we think in the moment is rarely the whole story.

Think bigger. Take in the broader view.

If it's a mountain that *you* want to climb, get it done.

You're hard at it, but something doesn't feel right?

Obviously a headband feels dodgy at first, though it does help me keep going in the cold. Are you struggling to keep going as things are, knowing that some change is needed?

It's often hard to recognise just what to do, or even that something has to change. You'll be feeling a quiet nudge though - a gnawing to move up the ladder, or a ni**le that you're on the wrong path.

πŸ‘‰ Perhaps you see the next level, but not how to get there

πŸ‘‰ Maybe you're looking at the ladder, but don't want to climb it anymore

πŸ‘‰ Could be your focus has shifted homeward, but you feel you've no time there

With a coach you can explore that feeling and find clarity. Your coach becomes a champion for the needs you identify and prioritise. There's no "but you always wanted to do this" or other judgement. You develop insight into what's going on, pull together options, explore what each choice might mean, and resolve to move forward.

πŸ–– Do you need to switch paths and get more technical?

🀝 Have you done all the tech and now want to focus on people?

πŸ™Œ Is it a tweak of work/life balance, or a bigger change that beckons?

You can see the difference my coaching on my Success Stories page. Link in bio.

If you've got cold feet, you don't need to go quicker. Be mindful of how and where you're running because life's a marathon, not a sprint.

After an awesome weekend, I needed a good kip. Do you give yourself enough downtime?

If you're burned out and not sure what you should be doing next, perhaps you need to slow down - at least from time to time. The modern world is an always on, go for your goals bonanza. Sometimes what you need is a better balance, not merely more more more.

A very driven coaching client of mine decided not to push the hustle idea they came to me with, but to go part-time at work and enjoy time with their young one instead. Exploring their needs and commitments, it became clear that this was a better fit for right now. This was a rewarding change of perspective for them.

If you're struggling to find space for yourself, evaluate what's going on in your life and what you're making a priority. Putting self-care first, a bit of R&R, might be just the ticket.

Road tripping! Delighted to see an old school phone box with an actual phone still in it!

Love the commenting libraries and good ideas, but it was warm nostalgic hit to spot than. Rural North Yorkshire - it really is like yesteryear… πŸ˜‰
