It’s never too late to learn to swim regardless of age group as an adult.

During adult lessons you will progress through a physical and mental process, over time gaining the most important and valuable competencies needed to swim and stay safe in the water. 1-1 Lessons make it easier to feel at ease, comfortable and create a positive learning environment.

The biggest decision is choosing to start your swimming journey as soon as possible in order to achieve the possibility of achieving this outcome! 🏊🏻‍♂️🏊🏻‍♀️🛟🤿

The mindset is what matters! Learn to swim with us at Swim Now

A great example of an effective, simple drill in freestyle of the 'Finger Drag’.

The purpose of this drill is to produce an efficient recovery throughout leading from the elbow and maintaining balance, rotation and body position during the stroke. The slower the drag of the fingers the more attention to detail you can spend using your shoulder, forearm and hand to perfect this movement. The key to getting this right is lots of repetition with distance to improve the muscle memory 🧠
Can be variated as single arm or full stroke🏊🏻‍♂️
Or with and without fins & snorkel 🤿

Mark in his 60's has been swimming incredibly well recently! He has a right knee problem which means he can't bend his knee completely. With the right mentality, setting targets of 20 strokes per length and stroke technique his breaststroke distance and strength is getting better! 👊🏻🏊🏻‍♂️

Working on the shoulder rotation with backstroke. We use the shoulders all the time to pull, recover and majority of the time rotate. This swimmer is maximising that rotation really well! 🙏🏻👏🏻🏊🏻‍♂️
