Summer Support Programme for Young People
Weβre pleased to introduce our Summer Support Programme, designed to help young people navigate some of the unique challenges that can arise over the summer holidays β including changes in routine, reduced structure, social anxiety, and friendship difficulties.
The group offers a safe, inclusive and supportive space, and is particularly welcoming to neurodiverse young people.
Programme details:
6 weeks (Thursdays)
10:00β12:00 or 3:00β5:00
π The Burton Street Foundation
Ages: 5β11 & 12β18 (separate groups)
Small groups (max 10 young people)
Β£50 per session or Β£300 full programme
All sessions are led by an HCPC registered therapist, ensuring professional, ethical and confidential support.
This is a space for young people to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and connect with others in a supported environment.

At A Mind Apart, our highly qualified and experienced therapists provide a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their mental health, heal from trauma, and build confidence and self-esteem.
We support children, young people, and adults with:
