- ❓What's Going On? ❓- Art for Wellbeing with Rosie🎨
⭐️Details: 28.5.25 | 6:30-8:30pm | A Mind Apart | £30 ⭐️
About the Workshop:
The Art for wellbeing will include lots of dreamy watercolours and time to reflect. There will be lots of different art materials on offer but we will primarily focus on paints, their colours, textures and shapes; supporting individuals to connect with things, places, people that they find soothing, comforting and relaxing as well as these themes within the art materials themselves. There would be a combination of taught elements and having free reign to explore the materials.

Meet the Team Monday - Hannah

Hannah is an experienced Art Psychotherapist. She has space for 1-2-1 Therapy with children and adults. Please contact [email protected] to book in a FREE intial sessions.

"Hello There. My name is Hannah Pamplin and I am a HCPC and BAAT registered Art Psychotherapist. I work with adults and children, primarily, until this point, with young people with developmental trauma, particularly those who have experience of the care system. I love using creativity with anyone who wants to work together to receive help through therapy. Sessions can include making anything (within reason!) - using all kinds of materials in the sessions which can include (but not exclusive to) pens, pencils, paints, crazy foam, textiles, story writing, clay, and everything in between! You don't have to be good at art to come along to art therapy. Your creativity will not be 'judged' or your work 'analysed' - it's all there to help with communicating - if you need it :) I would love to help and support you on your therapeutic journey when you're ready to take that step!"
