After 14 wonderful years working as a childminder I have decided to stop as I have been offered the exciting opportunity to train as a teacher.

It has been a pleasure to care for all of the children that have come to Minster Childminder. Wishing all the children and their families all the best for the future.

The children have enjoyed rearranging the decorations on the felt Christmas tree and taking turns hanging an Advent decoration on the wooden Christmas tree. 😀🎄🎅

😀 I'm pleased to announce that I received 'Good' in my recent inspection by Ofsted. The inspector commented "The childminder is warm and gentle and welcomes children into her engaging environment." and "Children enjoy a wide range of resources that are appropriate to their age and
stage of development. They have good opportunities to develop their creative
skills."

Summer holidays included petal pictures and smelly potions, sharing books with puppets and peg dolls, walks to the beach to collect stones to decorate, sailing paper boats, painting, creating colourful carparks, building with Lego and lots of fun. 😀📚🌞🏖️🧪🌺🌼

We've had lots of fun at Easter Holiday club; decorating wooden eggs, painting a vase of flowers, colour mixing Easter egg pictures, windy walks spotting signs of spring and playing lots of fun board games.

Yesterday was the last day of the holiday club and with the weather warning it was a games and crafts kind of a day. Beginner chess ♟️, jenga, cup stacking etc. Painting 🖌️🎨 and drawing. 😀
