Principals Chris and Cara Tighe are Associate members of the IDTA & offer examinations to work through medal grades & entry to competitions for Ballroom, Latin American, and Sequence disciplines.

Getting close to celebrating our second birthday so it's great to be able to look back at what we had achieved in year 1 💙

🤯 Last Strictly Solo this Wednesday 🤯

On Wednesday 13th May it will be our last Strictly Solo Class at The Shawside.

This is the first class we ever did as Tighe Elite Dance and set us up on the road to where we are now.

It's sad but we need to make this move to allow time to prepare our Royton studio.

The Shawside has been such an amazing place for us and we know we'll have plenty of occasions there in future but for now we say thanks for giving us a great first home.

To all our Wednesday night gang - you've always made it our favourite night of the week and we hope we get to see as many of you as possible for one last 'Solo at Shawside'. I'm sure we'll be set to offer something similar in the near future so watch this space and maybe we can get the gang back together.

We've got experienced OG's and fresh pairs of tiny dancing feet. First time partners, and some familiar faces returning to the floor.

We can't wait for today together and see you all out there doing your thing.
