Summited Mt Snowdon in some of the toughest conditions - wind, snow, and everything in between!

Pushed limits, kept going, and proved what we are capable of when we don’t give up.

On 25th March we welcomed the choir from Edenbridge Primary School for a musical afternoon, where both schools performed to each other.

The orchestra and choir from Knole Academy played a set of music, in addition to three sixth form bands playing covers of well known songs.

We then enjoyed a performance of a variety of songs and medleys performed by the choir from Edenbridge Primary.

What an incredible evening hosting night two of our Trust Choir Concert at Knole Academy! ✨

Our students performed a beautiful rendition of ‘City of Stars’ from La La Land, showcasing their talent and musicality.

We were also proud to feature a special performance from the Knole Academy band performing ‘There She Goes’.

As well as hosting the event, Knole Academy played a key role behind the scenes, expertly managing the lighting, stage and sound. Their musicians also supported the combined choir by playing melodies on drums, piano and guitars for the Greatest Showman combined performances.

All pupils joined together for the combined choir performances of 'A Million Dreams', 'Rewrite the Stars' and 'This Is Me' from The Greatest Showman.

We are proud to share that our students Haidon, Matthew, Robin, and Daneel recently participated in the ICE Cityzen Award 2025 - a civil engineering digital team challenge

The competition offered our students the chance to develop essential skills such as teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving, while gaining insight into a respected and globally important career in civil engineering.

This exciting experience also helped our students explore STEM topics, including content linked to geography and design technology in the national curriculum.

Well done to Haidon, Matthew, Robin, and Daneel for representing Knole Academy with creativity and determination!

We were pleased to again be invited to the Sevenoaks Mayors Lunch held for International Women’s Day!

This is an annual celebration in Sevenoaks, aimed at empowering young women of today. Fifty local businesswomen attended and sponsored places at the event for 50 young Sevenoaks women and girls.

The young women heard and met inspirational speakers, networked with local businesswomen and other attendees and shared a celebratory three-course lunch. Our students were very enthusiastic, finding the event to be enjoyable, interesting, and inspiring. They even won some lovely raffle prizes paid for by the attendees.

Yesterday, Heads of IBSCA member schools Dartford Grammar School, Europa School UK, Ashcroft Technology Academy, Knole Academy, Impington Village College and the Coastal Academies Trust were joined by Olly Glover, Liberal Democrat MP for Didcot and Wantage, Ian Sollom MP, Alison Bennett for Mid Sussex, Jim Dickson MP for Dartford and Polly Billington MP at 10 Downing Street where they handed in our petition to urge the government to reinstate Large Programme Uplift (LPU) funding to IB Diploma Programme state schools and colleges in England.

Our petition reminds the Prime Minister that the IB raises aspiration and breaks down barriers to opportunity for many young people in areas that our schools serve. Pupils from our schools compete with top independent schools to secure places at top universities, on gold standard degree apprenticeships and go on to have outstanding careers. The IB Diploma also equips young people with the skills they need for life - critical thinking, communication, teamwork and empathy.

Axing the LPU funding will remove choices and opportunities for a generation of state school pupils. Help us save the IB by:
