Such a wonderful day at our sensory baby spa today.

Our beautiful sea theme was so calm, as were the babies, mums and grandparents.

With the other sensory spas up till October SOLD OUT, I’ve decided to ADD ANOTHER SESSION on

Friday 9th October at 9.50am

❤️Toddler yoga starts on Friday 4th September at 10am and is then on every Friday.

❤️It’s great for balance, focus, strength, stretching, and having fun. It doesn’t matter if your child doesn’t do every move or if they don’t sit still, my class is about them having fun with movement.

❤️We dance to warm up, we do some fun breathing exercises (like being a fish) and then do yoga to a story, finishing with a parachute and bubbles. We use lots of toys / props throughout to keep children engaged.

❤️Got a child aged 1-5 years old that loves doing a downward dog, then come and join my toddler yoga classes back on a Friday.

❤️ from September, every Friday at 10am - 10.45am.

❤️great for movement, balance, focus, strength, relaxing, listening and playing.

❤️this class is perfect if your child doesn’t want to stay still,

❤️we start with lots of warm up and movement to music,

❤️Yes that’s right, it’s back.

❤️After lots of interest, we have decided to bring back mum and baby Pilates

📆at 12pm - 1pm on Tuesdays from 8th September for a 6 week course to 13th October.

❤️Nearly 50% of spaces have gone after one day, so don’t delay, grab your space.

❤️Get fit with your baby there, strengthen and rebuild but also meet some light hearted mums too.

🧖‍♀️I’ve added an extra baby spa on Tuesday 18th August at 10am.

🥰Suitable for babies 6 weeks - 1 year.

🎶 A lovely relaxing bath spa for babies, with lots of sensory to watch, and some calm music and aromatherapy.

💆‍♀️ Followed by a guided massage in their cute hooded towel and then into their dressing gown, headscarf’s and slippers to play with lots of wonderful toys.

💦We had so much fun in baby yoga yesterday with a little cool down in our water trays.

🧘‍♀️Baby yoga is great for your baby if they are trying to roll, learning to sit and crawl. It is also good for relaxation and bonding, as well as lots of fun.

🍪We have sensory play, with drinks and biscuits for you too.

🥰Suitable for babies aged 12 weeks - crawling.

📆I have classes in August on a Wednesday at 11.30am and classes in September on a Friday at 11.30am, so don’t miss your space.
