A hotly anticipated event in the school calendar – GSCE results day! After receiving their results online, students came into school today to celebrate their achievements with their families and staff. We are delighted for them, and very pleased to announce that:
📌 Just under a quarter of the girls in this year group achieved 8s and 9s across their top 8 GCSEs
📌 73% of all grades are 9-7
📌 50% of all grades are 9 or 8
📌 Strong performances across the curriculum with subjects in which 60% of more of the girls taking that subject attained 8 or 9 are: RS, 3D Design, Biology, Computer Science, Drama, English Literature, History, Latin and Music
📌 More than 50% of grades awarded were 9s for RS, Biology, Drama, English Literature, German and Latin
