Boogie Bounce classes are highly effective for toning your body.
By combining high-energy, low-impact cardio with specific resistance movements, the workout actively engages your core, legs, and glutes while elevating your heart rate to burn calories and fat.
Increased G-Force:
Exercising on a mini-trampoline (rebounding) forces your muscles to work constantly against gravity and G-force, naturally building muscle strength in the lower body & core.
Joint-Friendly Resistance:

Each Boogie Bounce class is 45 mins long. It includes approx 35mins of bouncing (rebounding) on the trampoline, followed by a toning section (muscle strengthening of Abs/triceps & Glutes) with a cool down section at the end.
