Flashback Friday when we visited China. We would return every 2 years to train in the Shaolin Temple and to also compete at the International Shaolin Wushu competition to represent Great Britain.

From boys to men….
Our students from 2011 to now 2023 have risen within the martial arts community and went from local south east London children to training like little champions and winning the titles of the UK national championships, European championships and the International championships representing Great Britain winning first, second and third place for their country.

Our first generation students at the age of 10 yrs old who trained like the monks in China by going to school full time and then training with us on average of 30 hours a week.
They lived, breathed and ate Shaolin. They became champions by doing what champions did and learning how to do it all.
No excuses - even at the young age of 10. They learned how to do it all and be it all.

Good bye 2022 - thank you you’ve been great. We’ve trained and coached many amazing students and grown our tribe and grateful to have a strong and dedicated Shaolin family.

It’s Father’s Day this Sunday. We’re celebrating all the strong men out there who are fantastic role models.

Shaolin gymnastics in our classes yesterday.
Our students were holding handstand position for over a minute. Within an hour of the class we saw our students improve their cartwheels, back flips and hand stands.
