Winter has arrived and I just can’t believe where the time has gone. It’s been eight months since A Helping Hand was established. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made and thoroughly enjoy working for all the lovely people who have become regular clients . I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you for the continued support you have given me - words cannot describe how much it means! I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and look forward to continuing to work for you in 2022.

I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has used my services over the past 3 months. I have had the privilege of meeting lovely families and some very loveable 4 legged cuties 🐕🐈🐢. My little car has had a makeover and can now be seen driving around the Borders. I am experiencing an increased level of repeat business and have regular daily and weekly clients who’s loyalty and trust means the world to me😊!

Who knew such simple things could be so rewarding! A month has passed since launching A Helping Hand. Three mornings a week I have walked two of the most delightful dogs in all types of weather 🌧☀️😀. It has also been a great privilege to provide childcare for a wonderful five month old little girl. She is an absolute gem. Most recently I have started doing housework for a lovely family within the Borders. Even driving to my destination in the mornings is a pleasure. We are so lucky to stay in such a beautiful part of the country.
I am thoroughly enjoying myself and looking forward to all future endeavours that will come my way.

After being made redundant during the COVID pandemic. I got the opportunity to re-evaluate my life. I decided that I wanted to make a difference, hence my decision to start my business, A Helping Hand.
