Wow, wow, wow… Where do I even begin?
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single person who came along to our final playgroup session today. Looking around the room and seeing so many of you there to celebrate with us meant more than you’ll ever know.
Thank you to everyone who brought party food and helped make today’s celebration so special.
When I first took on Cliffe Playgroup, I never imagined just how much it would mean to me. Over the last year, it has helped me in more ways than any of you will ever know. During a time when I really needed something positive, Friday mornings became my happy place. Playgroup gave me purpose, something to look forward to and they reminded me just how special community really is and I feel so lucky to have been a part of something special.
My biggest thank you, though, has to go to Kayleigh Shipley, mummy to George & Florence, Leonie Mac, mummy to Jude & Otis, and Amy Lees, mummy to Ralph & Austin 🤍🤍🤍.
These three amazing ladies have stepped forward and come together as a team to keep Cliffe Playgroup going, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Handing over something that has meant so much to me wasn’t easy, but knowing it’s in such caring hands makes it that little bit easier. I know you’ll all give them the same love and support that you’ve always shown me.
I really hope to pop in from time to time to see your lovely faces and see how all of the littles continue to grow.
Have the most wonderful summer everyone and thank you again for welcoming Bradley and I into your community, for supporting Cliffe Playgroup and for making this last year one I’ll never forget.
