Experienced primary school teacher based in Selby and surrounding area. � My name is Jessica, I am a qualified primary school teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience. I gained QTS in 2019 and I have 2 PGCE’s. One for teaching over 18’s and one for teaching primary aged children.
�I currently teach at a primary school in the Selby area and I'm completely up to date with the national curr
iculum expectations and teaching methods used in education currently.
� I am offering one to one sessions in maths, writing, reading and phonics for children aged from reception to year 6. All learning is tailored to your individual child's needs and abilities.
� I believe that learning should be fun and my aim is to teach your child whilst having fun at the same time!
���� Maybe your child needs to gain a bit more confidence in maths? Maybe they want to improve their writing at length skills? Perhaps they just need that extra bit of support to achieve the SATs results they want? I can definitely help with all of these!
� I provide all learning materials and resources and teach your child in the comfort of their own home.
� The first lesson is a complimentary 30 minute session and will focus on building your child's learning plan, assessing their current knowledge and getting to know one another.
� Once we have established that I'm the right tutor for your child we will arrange weekly sessions that work for you and your child.
� A 40 minute session costs £25 and I offer a 10 % discount for block bookings of 5 sessions. Depending on the distance to travel to you I may have to charge a small travel fee.
