☀️ That’s a wrap... for now! 💙

After an incredible summer of confidence camps, bringing back Surf Squad and Muay Thai Mindset, mindset coaching, camper transformations and LOTS of exciting Mighty Minds projects...

I’m officially switching my own mighty mind off for a little while. 🌊🚐💛

I’ll be taking a short break and will be back on 1st September, ready for a brand new school year with some BIG plans, exciting announcements and plenty more opportunities to empower young minds.

Thank you to every child, family, school, partner and supporter who’s been part of the journey this summer. Your support means the world.

🏄‍♀️ SURF SQUAD 🌊

No waves? No problem. 🙌

The surf might have been flat on Monday, but that didn’t stop this bunch from having an absolute BLAST!

💪 Team challenges

🛶 Raft building in the sea

🤝 Encouraging each other

⭐ Discovering their strengths

🌊 Trying new things & developing new skills

Watching these kids work together was just brilliant. They problem-solved, communicated, supported one another and showed that Surf Squad is about so much more than surfing.

Because when the waves don’t show up… we adapt, we get creative and we make our own adventure! 💙🌊

SURF SQUAD Tuesday 4th August 🌊🏄🏽‍♀️

🌧️ There was no chance we were raining off… just taking shelter and preparing for a battle at sea 🌊

Torrential rain. Wild waves. Every excuse to give up.

Instead, this incredible Surf Squad showed up, adapted, encouraged one another and embraced every challenge that came their way.

We started indoors getting creative before heading out to take on the sea… and what a session it turned out to be. 🏄

Confidence isn’t built on the easy days. It’s built on the days you keep going even when things are different and when things get tough.

SURF SQUAD Monday 3rd August 🏄🏽🏄🏽‍♀️

Back where we belong... in the waves! 🌊🙌

It was incredible to finally get back out on the water last week doing!

The day was packed with team challenges, mindset games, laughter and plenty of children stepping outside their comfort zones.

Watching confidence grow with every wave, every wipeout and every “I’m doing it!” moment is exactly why we created Surf Squad.

A huge thank you to Brittney and James from and for funding our HAF places 🌊🤙

These children continue to amaze us with their resilience, encouragement and willingness to have a go.

Every week in our summer camps they remind us that confidence isn’t about getting it right first time… it’s about showing up, trying again and celebrating every little win.

Just doin’ my thing… ⚒️✌️

Our Mighty Minds Confidence Camper is looking AMAZING! 🤩

Today has been all about the prep work. I’ve been filling, sanding and getting every inch of the woodwork ready so the paint can really POP! ✨

It’s not the glamorous part of the transformation, but it’s coming along nicely!

Every bit of effort gets us one step closer to creating a bright, inspiring space where children and young people can build confidence, resilience and believe in themselves.

I honestly can’t wait to show you the finished result… it’s going to be something really special. 🚐💙

Four summer camps down… and what a start to the holidays it’s been. 🤩👏

🏅 Courage shown by children who arrived feeling nervous but left smiling

🌟 Kindness, teamwork and encouragement everywhere we looked

The biggest highlight?

Watching children who walked in quietly or anxiously leave believing in themselves just that little bit more. That’s what Mighty Minds is all about.

A huge thank you to every child, parent, volunteer and partner who has helped make this summer so special already.

Buckets and spades at the ready… 🪣🪏

We LOVE seeing FREE events like this for families in our local community to support children’s health and wellbeing!

Tuesday 4th August at Blyth Beach Huts

Event by Railway Medical Health And Well-being
Supported by Blyth Town Council.

Children come and join us for a fun day at the beach huts on Tuesday 4th August 10 - 3.00pm. We are joined by for games and races. Dont forget to bring and adult with you and your bucket and spade. We are having a sandcastle competition with a prize kindly donated by from the . Everything is free of charge. Come and join the fun.
