🌳Fossilised tree stumps exposed 29/8/26
🦀We had a very enthusiastic team of families on our Saturday guided Seashore Safari today from 10-12.
🦀We had nine children aged from 3-9 years old with a parent/adult and we all carefully and kindly explored together at low tide in the shallow water.
🦀We carefully returned every stone as we found them (replacing the roof) to ensure minimum disturbance to the precious marine habitats.
🌳The beach has had extra sand washed away with high tides yesterday - revealing three fossilised tree stumps aprox 30cm across.
🌳These fossilised tree stumps haven’t been exposed since October 2025 so they’re interesting to take a photograph of as a record.
