GCSE Physics Support for Families outside the UK and home educated students 🔭
Are you a family living outside the UK or a home educating family looking for some GCSE Physics support?
For those of you who don't already know me, I run small-group GCSE Physics sessions online, currently working with Year 10 and Year 11 students across AQA GCSE and Edexcel IGCSE, groups capped at 8, with structured workbooks, personally marked homework and full session recordings. It's an established, running programme, and I'm just looking at adding one more group to it.
I'm exploring a new UK-daytime small group focussing on preparing year 11 students for the summer exams, currently looking at Wednesday afternoons, which would work well for international families (landing at a sensible hour wherever you are) and for home educating families, who can usually build a daytime academic session into the week far more easily than an evening one.
A little about me: I'm Lauren, founder of ProPhysics. 20 years teaching Physics, former Head of Science, and a practising GCSE/IGCSE examiner — so I know exactly what examiners are looking for, and every session is built around making sure students can take what they know and actually use it in the correct way to ensure they pick up the marks they deserve.
This isn't running yet as I want to be sure there's genuine demand before I commit a new slot to the calendar. If this sounds like something your Year 11 student could use, whether you're abroad or home educating, comment below or send me a message and I'll let you know as soon as dates and spaces are confirmed.
