Wonderful news, Bushfield families! ❤️
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that the Bushfield Food Bank is now officially open. We were honored to welcome the Mayor to our school today to help us cut the ribbon and celebrate this special moment. 🥰
Starting this afternoon, the food bank is open to any of our families who might need a little extra support right now. Please know that our doors are always open, and you will be welcomed with warmth, care, and complete privacy. Come in and take whatever you need—we are here for you.
A huge, heartfelt thank you to Hope House for their incredible support and guidance in helping us set this up. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🤝✨

Our wonderful Friends of Bushfield team are hosting a second-hand clothing event next week, and we would love your help! If you have any pre-loved children’s or adult clothing looking for a new home, please consider donating. 🎒 How to donate: Please drop any items off at the school office by Monday morning at the latest. This gives our volunteers time to sort through everything and get it ready. 🛍️ The Main Event: Join us after school on Tuesday in the playground! This will be a “pay-what-you-can” donation event. You choose what you’d like to give for the items you take. ❤️ Paying it forward: Any leftover clothing will be gifted to a cancer charity. It’s a wonderful way to support an incredible cause, promote sustainability, and show our children the power of helping others and building a strong community. Thank you so much for your amazing support! 🥰

Good morning! Every Friday after school until we finish for the summer holidays, the friends of Bushfield will be running ice pop Friday 🍦 This will be held on the playground like last time. It is 50p - if you have the correct change, we would really appreciate this 🥰😀

In Y2 Swan Class, the children voted for ice cream and extra time outside for filling their class star jar! 🍦 They had such a lovely afternoon to enjoy their treat 🌞

Kestrel class finished their seascape collages this week. They have been working on over the last few weeks, looking at seascapes by artists such as Van Gogh. 🫟🎨
