A Pathways to Work programme for adults (16+) in Doncaster

Are you ready to rebuild your confidence, retrain your skills, and re-enter the workplace with support from a professional team?

RedEverywhere is launching its new Success Accelerator, a FREE 12-week employability and skills programme funded by SYMCA and City of Doncaster Council, and supported by the UK Government as part of the wider Pathways to Work offer.

This is your chance to step into 2026 with purpose, confidence and immersive digital learning powered by collaborations with leading-edge tech companies.

📅 Start Date: Tuesday, 6th January 2026

📍 Location Cavendish Court South Parade Doncaster

Who’s it for?

Adults aged 16+ in Doncaster who want to return to work, build confidence and gain real experience.

The 12-week course provides a structured, high-impact pathway focused on:

✔ Readiness & Employability Skills – practical coaching, interview preparation, workplace behaviours, and direct engagement with local employers.

✔ & Future Skills Development – immersive learning using AI, XR, and VR to enhance participants’ confidence with technology and prepare them for the future labour market.

✔ Development & Wellbeing Support – mentoring, resilience-building and tailored support to help individuals overcome barriers and build sustainable pathways into work.

The programme forms part of a wider regional support package aimed at enabling residents who have been out of work to return confidently to employment and ensuring the local workforce is ready for the opportunities of a changing economic landscape.

Weekly Schedule

Tuesday: VR learning, digital skills, confidence building
Wednesday: Employability workshops, coaching, teamwork
Friday: Work experience or employer shadowing
