Pre school had a fantastic afternoon getting messy and learning about colour mixing 😮

🐞🪲 The Toddlers had lots of fun investigating the Mini Beast Tuff Tray today! From creepy crawlies to natural treasures, the children enjoyed discovering, sorting, and talking about different mini beasts while developing their curiosity and understanding of the world. 🌿🐜

🌱 Our little gardeners have been busy exploring nature in our gardening-themed tuff tray today! The children enjoyed digging, planting, and discovering different textures while developing their fine motor skills and learning about how plants grow. 🌼🪴

Fly away butterflies 🦋🦋🦋🦋
Preschool have taken a huge interest in life cycles. They have cared for their caterpillars, watched them grow and turn into cocoons and then were amazed when the beautiful butterflies emerged.🐛🦋
Today we let them fly away to start their new journey

Clean the animals 🐳🐺🦉

Today we enjoyed using sponges, brushes and water to clean the muddy animals while exploring different textures and making lots of splashes! 🫧🐷🐮🐑

We are very proud to become a Sun Safe Nursery. ☀️🕶️🌞
Our staff ensure all of the children and themselves follow safe sun guidelines during this hot weather, let’s stay safe by having lots of fun in the sun but remembering ‘slip slop slap’ 👕🧴👒

Today our little gardeners have been busy planting, watering, and exploring nature in the garden! 🌱🌼 Gardening is a wonderful way for children to learn new skills while having fun outdoors. It helps develop confidence, patience, teamwork, and responsibility, while also encouraging curiosity about the world around them. Watching children care for plants and see them grow is such a rewarding experience, and it’s a lovely way to support their wellbeing, creativity, and love for nature. 🌿💚
