🌈 Nursery Practitioners Wanted – Come Grow With Us! 🌈

Exciting news — we’re expanding and opening a brand-new nursery site, which means we’re on the lookout for passionate, playful, and caring Nursery Practitioners to join our growing team!

If you believe childhood should be full of curiosity, kindness, creativity, and the occasional pair of muddy wellies, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

👶 About the Role

We’re seeking individuals who genuinely love working with young children and understand just how important the early years are. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow every day.

No two days are the same — from imaginative role play and outdoor adventures to proud “look what I made!” moments and supporting those big developmental milestones.

✨ We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has a warm, nurturing, and professional approach to childcare

Understands child development and high-quality early years practice

Is committed to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare

Works well as part of a team and communicates confidently with parents and colleagues

Multiple roles available at different levels due to expansion

💛 Why Work With Us?

A supportive, friendly team who genuinely enjoy what they do

Flexible working hours (to be discussed)

Opportunities for professional development and progression as we continue to grow

The chance to make a real difference in children’s early years, every single day

📅 Key Details

Hours: Flexible – to be discussed

Start Date: April 2026

Job Types: Full-time & Part-time roles available

🔒 Safeguarding

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks, satisfactory references, and adherence to our safeguarding policies and procedures.

Because of our expansion, multiple roles are available, so whether you’re newly qualified or highly experienced, we’d love to hear from you.

If your idea of a great day includes laughter, learning, creativity, and helping little people grow into confident individuals — get in touch to find out more and see which opportunity could be right for you.
