Exciting news — we’re expanding and opening a brand-new nursery site, which means we’re on the lookout for passionate, playful, and caring Nursery Practitioners to join our growing team!

If you believe childhood should be full of curiosity, kindness, creativity, and the occasional pair of muddy wellies, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

👶 About the Role

We’re seeking individuals who genuinely love working with young children and understand just how important the early years are. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow every day.

No two days are the same — from imaginative role play and outdoor adventures to proud “look what I made!” moments and supporting those big developmental milestones.

Has a warm, nurturing, and professional approach to childcare

Understands child development and high-quality early years practice

Is committed to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare

Works well as part of a team and communicates confidently with parents and colleagues

Multiple roles available at different levels due to expansion
