We were so excited to welcome back Ella for another action-packed weekend of dance last weekend! 💃🔥

Ella was back in the studio supporting, challenging and inspiring our dancers as she choreographs and works alongside two of our teams, getting them competition ready! 🏆✨

We can’t wait to see the routines come together, watch the dancers push themselves, and bring Ella’s creative vision to life 💙

An incredible opportunity! 📣✨

Instead of relaxing at the weekend and taking the day off, Chloe and Jasmine chose to invest their own time into becoming better athletes and took part in an amazing Cheerleading Conference with BCA Cheer & Dance 💪🏼🔥

They had the fantastic opportunity to train with amazing coaches from America, learning new skills, techniques and ways to develop their performance across a whole range of disciplines.
Throughout the day, they took part in workshops covering:
🤸‍♀️ Jumps
💃 Dance
🤝 Stunting
🧘‍♀️ Flexibility
🤸 Tumbling

It was a full day of learning, pushing themselves outside their comfort zones, challenging their bodies and minds, and gaining valuable experience from some incredibly talented coaches 🙌🏻

Opportunities like this are about so much more than learning new skills. They’re about dedication, commitment, confidence and the willingness to keep learning!

Choosing to give up their own time to train and develop shows just how passionate they are about cheer and how determined they are to keep progressing. 💙

We are so proud of you both — keep working hard, keep challenging yourselves and, most importantly, keep enjoying the journey! 🏆✨

🌟 A HUGE well done to all the amazing athletes who took part in the On the Beat Dance street competition last weekend! 🏆

You were absolutely amazing! 💪🔥 We’re so proud of every single one of you for getting out there, giving it your all and showcasing your talent.

We also want to say a sad goodbye and a huge good luck to Leah and Scarlett, as last weekend was their final street competition with us. 💕

Thank you for all the memories, hard work and amazing moments. You will both be missed so much, and we wish you all the very best for whatever comes next! 💙💚

🧸💚 Teddies at Training! 💙🧸

Our U8s had some very special guests join them at training this week… their favourite teddies! 🥰

The teddies had front-row seats as the team showed them what they’ve been working on, watched them train, learn new skills and give it their all. 💪

They even got to see our U8s in action as they put their skills into practice and showed plenty of teamwork, energy and enthusiasm! 🙌

Five years ago, two athletes walked through the doors of our dance school… and look how far they’ve come! 🥹❤️

Over the past 5 years, they have worked incredibly hard, pushed themselves, overcome challenges and achieved so much. From their very first classes to performances, competitions, medals, trophies and unforgettable memories they have given their all every step of the way. 🏆

Their journey has been filled with commitment, determination, teamwork and, most importantly, a love for what they do. Watching them grow not only as athletes but as young people has been an absolute privilege 💙

A little throwback to celebrate someone very special who has been part of our cheer family for an incredible 10 years! 💙

From the young athlete who first walked through our doors, to the incredible athlete and coach she is today — watching you grow, develop and achieve so much has truly been a privilege!

Over the years, we’ve watched you grow not only as an athlete, but as a person, a leader and now a coach. Seeing you find your own path and share your knowledge and passion with the next generation makes us incredibly proud. 🫶🏼
