That’s it. Last MHFA England workshop delivered. 🥰

After 11 years trading as Wright Mind Training Services Limited we are now closed for business. I’m going to enjoy some afternoon teas and lots of self care. 🥂🎂🎉

Thank you so much to the 2958 people I’ve trained for attending, to those who entrusted me to deliver mental health training within your organisation, school or venue, to fellow instructors and friends who gave support and finally, but most importantly to Dave Wright for everything he has done to support me. Love you all. Bye for now - new adventures await ❤️❤️

Day 2 of last MHFA Adult course I am delivering 😔. At least it is at one of my favourite businesses - Lincolnshire Co-op where I started my journey eleven years ago. Sad but excited

Well that’s the last two day Youth Mental Health First Aider course I deliver before I retire and what a fabulous group of attendees. Thank you to Diverse Academies in Retford for sending such caring, knowledgeable and enthusiastic people. What a way to sign off. Loved it 😍😍

I have had a blast at Kesteven Grammar School over the last couple of days delivering MHFA Youth First Aider course. The staff are so committed to supporting their young people and despite covering some difficult subject areas I am confident each and every attendee took something away from this workshop. Loved it - and the flapjack was gorgeous.

Not many more sessions left to deliver so totally appreciate this attendees insight and explanation of what depression might look like. Thank you Lincolnshire Co-operative for another group of enthusiastic and caring individuals.

Thank you to all my valued customers - organisations, companies and individuals - who have commissioned Wright Mind Training to deliver workshops.

Sending seasons greetings to you all. Hoping you will be healthy, happy and practice self-care whilst also watching out for those who may need some support at this difficult time of year too.

We look forward to seeing you in 2024. ❤️❤️

Midway through two MHFA courses at the moment. Last Adult course of the year at Lincolnshire Co-op today and tomorrow and next Monday sees day 2 of a MHFA Youth workshop being delivered at Retford Education Centre. Fantastic people on both course 😍

You might think I’ve been quiet but I’ve been busy delivering two day workshops at Lincolnshire Cooperative in Lincoln during October and November. 😄😄The Lincolnshire Co-operative totally understand their investment in training staff to be mentally aware of their own, their colleagues and their customers well-being. So rewarding xx❤️

Fantastic two day Adult workshop at one of my favourite venues - Lincolnshire Co-op, Stanley Bett House, Lincoln this week. Great people who really engaged and contributed well. Loved it as they were leaving saying how valuable the course would be for them both personally and professionally ❤️
