A huge part of college life is learning to drive. Students are at the age where they will be getting on the roads which is extremely handy for getting to college!

FOOTBALL ⚽️
This week, we welcomed Andrew Sharp, Head of Coaching at Sheffield Wednesday Football Club to John Leggott College for an inspiring afternoon with our footballers.
Andrew generously dedicated his time to working with our talented young players, sharing his expertise and putting them through their paces as they continue their development both on and off the pitch.
As we reflect on another successful season and begin preparations for the 2026/27 Association of Colleges Sport campaign, we’re excited to strengthen our links with Sheffield Wednesday. We are also grateful for the invitation to visit the club’s training ground later in the year, providing our students with valuable insight into the professional game.
Partnerships like these provide fantastic opportunities for our learners, helping them develop their skills, broaden their aspirations, and gain a deeper understanding of the pathways available within sport.

SPORT 🌟
Yesterday, sports students headed to the Pods to get together before they head off on their trip to Italy!
This was a great bonding experience for them, before they spend 2 weeks with each other. They helped coach students which is amazing preparation!
