Little Goslings Day Nursery

The goslings are enjoying the lovely weather this afternoon in the garden.
We have been dancing to jungle songs and playing the musical instruments.
Lots of fun and teamwork ☀️

This week we have been exploring animals that live in the jungle. We have been looking at the different sizes, and what countries they live in.
The children have been sharing their own thoughts and knowledge about all the different animals.

Thank you to all our mummy’s for attending our first Mother’s Day event 💗 we hope you enjoyed your cakes 💗and exploring our new garden 💗 it was lovely to see you all 💗

The chicks have been having fun celebrating world book day today .
They have focussed on the book (That’s not my chick ) and took part in some fun activities.🐣

Our Chicks had a lovely visit with our friends at Myos house this afternoon 🐣 our children were so excited to share them 🐣 and talk all about their hatching and growing 🐣

Today we watched our chickens explore, we sang them songs and gave them a lovely stroke.
We have enjoyed having them this term and they have linked into our medium term planning which is ‘Animals around the world’.

Today we had a visit from the fire department, we tried on some fire helmets and watched them sq**rt water from the hose pipe.
We got really excited when the fire engine lights and sirens came on.

We have had an exciting delivery today, we are looking forward to learning how to care for our eggs whilst we wait for them to hatch🥚🐣

Today the goslings have been busy decorating love hearts and talking about those who are special to them and why ?❤️

Today the Goslings took part in some Mini first Aid training. We learnt how to put plasters and bandages on a cut. And how to help someone who needs medical attention.
We listened carefully to Zoe our instructor and we helped to make big ted better.
We all came away with a certificate , WELL DONE GOSLINGS .

The work on our new garden started today 😊 our children are fascinated watching the builders and we are all excited to see the progress each day 😊
