Our new Monday Lego Club sessions got off to a flying start this week.
In a fully booked session, our participants were challenged to create and build the animals you'd find (or want to find!) in a Zoo.

Everyone stepped up to the challenge and spent the full hour building away in our Study Centre at Scunthorpe United FC

We have 5 sessions left on Monday nights up to and including 13th July.

We've been having a fabulous time welcoming our youngest participants to the Study Centre, at Scunthorpe United FC, for our Baby Sign classes.

In our 8-week programme we are learning every day signs, in a fun and friendly environment, to encourage babies to be able to communicate their needs before they are able to verbalise.

This is done through songs and rhymes linked to every day routines such as bath time and bed time.

More sessions are coming in September, where we will be at Sir John Mason House in Winterton.

Booking in advance for the 8 sessions is required.

All set up here at Brigg Town Football Club ( function room ) for our Dads Together session this month for any male carers and their children aged 0-16 years at 12:00-13:30 come and make a Father’s Day card, play with dinosaurs 🦕 play dough, Lego and much more. Come and see Robin and Sarah 😀

All set up here at the Baths Hall for the Live Well Live Event 12:15-15:30 come and try something new to support your physical and mental wellbeing. There are many information booths, wellness activities, volunteering opportunities and much more 😀

What a fun and Lego filled two days that was! 😁
On Wednesday and Thursday we hosted 4 of our exciting Limitless Lego sessions here in the study centre.

In each of the 2-hour long sessions, we held some warm up Lego challenges, completed a Lego Minifigure hunt around the stadium, before returning to the classroom to create our own stories using our Story Teller Lego sets and iPad software.

Each participant put their imagination to the test to create a story in Lego form which was then turned into a comic and printed off on the iPads.
These sessions, suitable for children ages 7-16 are always very popular and we’re already planning our Summer Holiday activities.
