Ready for our first Dads Together of the new season for any male carers and their children aged 0-16 years. Sessions are 9:30-11 am and 11:30-13:00.
Lots of fun activities then stay for the first home game of the season against Yeovil Town 😀⚽️

Set up at the Ongo carnival 11am-15:30 come and see our very own Jo and Sarah ( pink lady) for FREE fun activities and see Hannah from the Libraries team about the free summer reading challenge and win a prize for completing the Read to the Beat hunt 😀📖

Great fun today at our Fuelled Mindful Moments session. A big thank you to With me in Mind who came along to support as well.
We made breathing buddies, stress balls, journals and much more. We learnt about breathing strategies and the grounding technique to support any worries or anxious thoughts that we can use every day. To finish we enjoyed a well being walk around the Scunthorpe United Attis Arena stadium and took part with yoga 🧘‍♀️ 😀
We have our next Fuelled session on Thursday and a universal session on Tuesday 11th August 10am-12pm 😀
