Fun and sweat. All evening and morning classes are at Central community centre. Hi my name is Penny, I'm Qualified Fitness instructor with ETM.
Licensed to teach Zumba, Z kids + Z Kids Jr+Z Step Boxercise, hiitstep Clubbercise. All fitness levels are very welcome, from legs , bums and tums to high impact classes which can be modified to help you achieve goal or just to meet new people.
