Took a team of 7 fighters for 3 of our team, this was their very first competition and they absolutely smashed it! We’re so proud of the effort, determination and attitude you all showed. 👏🔥

Our second team headed to ISKA where Olivia Overton & Spencer Livingstone stepped into the ring for their very first K1 fight — huge achievement and great experience gained! 👊
Spencer also added another boxing bout to his belt.

And a special mention to Leon Bass , who had his very last fight before joining the Army 🇬🇧
What a way to finish — we’re proud of everything you’ve achieved and excited to see what’s next for you.

What a day! There was lots of sweat and tears… but no blood 😅💪

Every single person gave it their 💯 and truly earned their belt through hard work, determination and never giving up....
Although,12 rounds of sparring took its toll on some!
We are incredibly proud of everyone who stepped onto the mats and pushed themselves all the way through.
