This coming week its Men's Mental Health week.
Men are getting better at talking but still there is stigma . I was talking to a young man on Friday who feels people feel hes weak , he had hurt himself .
This offer is for the men , last month I did something similar and offered a reduced first session.
Males before 6pm Friday , refer in by email , message or phone if will reduce the price for the first session.

How amazing of this year 11 to bring her shirt in for me to sign yesterday. Part of her journey since year 8 , now leaving next week . A few year 11s i saw yesterday with their last sessions in school , great to reflect back and see where they are now .Very privileged to work with people , and seeing where they go in their futures .

Transitions are difficult, infabr to primary, primary to Secondary and Secondary to college . if you or a loved one are worried , come and book in lets do some preparation and work on strategies,

A brand new collaboration with Ashby Decoy Golf Club , we are having our media shared there in return we will be having 2 free rounds of golf every month and a couple of golf lessons . more details soon , hope we have a fee golfers or who would like to try in our community 💙
