We are all so very Excited for all our minis to come explore the newly organised and revamped cosy caravan play room tomorrow 🧡🧡 it’s the little things in life and of course for us the little ones 🧡🧡

This week we are all busy making our lovely mummy’s flower bouquets for Mother’s Day to thank them for all their amazing hard work everyday out of pure love ❤️

Mummy,

Thank you for the sleepless nights when I just wouldn’t sleep,
For rocking me so gently when my cries were big and deep.

Thank you for the poorly days when I didn’t feel my best,
For cuddling me so closely on your warm and cosy chest.

For the plasters on my knees when I tumble as I play,
And the magic kisses that make the ouchies go away.

For wiping little noses and sticky fingers too,
For every little thing you do to help me grow and learn what’s true.

For the patience when I’m cheeky, loud or making lots of mess,
For loving me completely through the chaos and the stress.

For the stories and the singing, and the silly dances too,
For every happy giggle that I get to share with you.

You are my safe place, my comfort when I’m feeling sad or blue,
My biggest cheerleader in everything I do.

But most of all dear Mummy, there is something else it’s true…

Summer closure dates - Please Read

Hi everyone,🤍

Just a friendly update to confirm our summer closure dates for 2026.

We close at 6:00pm on Friday 31st July 2026.
We reopen at 7:30am on Monday 17th August 2026.

This means we are closed for ten full business working days, as we operate Monday to Friday only.

As you know, we only close for four weeks across the whole year – two at Christmas and two in August. This time allows our team to spend quality time with our own families, take holidays, rest properly and come back refreshed and ready for the children. It also gives us time to reset the environment, deep clean, plan ahead and prepare for the new term.

We always take our summer break during non term time in line with funding requirements for our funded children. Keeping it this way prevents complications with funded hours or days needing to be adjusted between term time and holiday time.

I’m really sorry for the late notice, but due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to open today. I completely understand this may be inconvenient and I sincerely apologise for any disruption caused.

Thank you so much for your understanding and patience, it’s really appreciated. I will keep you updated and we’re hoping to be back open as normal as soon as possible.

🎄 The deadline for applying for your childcare funding code is fast approaching! Parents must apply by 31st December to be eligible for funded hours from January - and some local authorities have even earlier deadlines.​

Give yourself one less thing to worry about this Christmas and get your funding code sorted in good time - don’t end up on the naughty list! 🎅✨​

✨ Ohana Update ✨

We’re excited to share that Ohana will be re-opening in our new setting on Friday 5th January! 🎉
Our new space is now based in the garden in our fully set-up childcare caravan, and we can’t wait for you all to see it.

We’ll be creating a new parent group chat, and the full address for the new setting will be sent out there so everyone has the correct details.

Parents are very welcome to look around the new setting on the day of opening if they’d like to see the space and how it’s all laid out.

We’re really looking forward to starting the new year with you all! 💛

🌺 Important Funding Reminder for Parents 🌺

Hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend!

Just a quick reminder regarding the 30 hours funding codes:

📌 Deadline to apply for a new 30 hours code is 31st December.
If you are a working parent and plan to use funded childcare from January, please make sure you’ve applied for your code before this date.

📌 If you already have a code, please remember that codes expire every 3 months.
Parents who applied or renewed around September will need to renew now to avoid losing their funding for next term.
HMRC usually sends reminders, but it’s always worth checking your account.

We finish for Christmas on 19th December, so please ensure everything is sorted as soon as possible so your child’s place and funding are secure.

If you are planning to increase hours or need to discuss changes to your childcare for January, please message me and I’ll get your details updated.
