My name is Lindsey Snowden and I am a Primary School teacher with over 12 years experience of teaching children aged 5-11, including those with SEND needs. I love working with children and helping them to dream big and achieve their goals. If you've noticed that your child is struggling at school (particularly with reading, writing and maths) then private tutoring could be extremely beneficial. Within a 1:1 learning environment, I would strive to embed key skills, grow confidence and foster a love of learning. Lessons can be delivered at your home, for your convenience, and tailored to suit your child's individual needs.

Hey 👋 Just thought I’d put a quick post on. Thank you for all of the enquiries, but since my daughter started reception, I made the decision to increase my hours teaching in school, meaning I’m currently not offering tutoring sessions to new students. I’ll update the page if anything changes in the future 😊

📚 Year 6 SATs week will take place on the week beginning Monday 12th May. If your child needs any extra preparation to feel comfortable sitting these examinations (maths, reading and SPaG) please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

For any one new here, I thought I would reintroduce myself 🌟
Hello, I’m Lindsey and I’m a Primary School teacher based in Scunthorpe and I’ve been teaching the best part of 14 years. After having my second child, I decided to work part time in school, and that’s when my tutoring journey began.
I offer tuition for all children aged 5-11 in Maths, English and Reading, as well as SATs prep and 11+ prep.
My diary is currently full, but as of the end of September 2024, when my group of 11+ children have taken their examinations, I will have some availability 🌟 Please drop me a message for any more information.
