As the temperature rises, keeping our children safe, cool and happy is our top priority! 🌡️💛

Here’s a simple guide with easy steps to follow:

✅ Keep them hydrated with regular water and juicy fruit
✅ Protect skin with SPF 50+, hats and shade
✅ Plan outdoor play for cooler parts of the day
✅ Dress in light, loose cotton clothes
✅ Watch for signs of overheating and know what to do

We are kindly asking for donations of children’s spare pants and socks for our nursery. Throughout the day, accidents, water play, messy play and outdoor adventures can sometimes mean little ones need a change of clothes.

If you have any clean, good-quality spare pants or socks that your child has outgrown, we would be incredibly grateful for your support. Donations of all sizes are welcome.

🦖 ROAR-SOME Dinosaur & Volcano Small World! 🌋

Our tuff tray has been transformed into a prehistoric land, full of autumn textures, natural materials, and a fiery volcano at the centre! 🍂🌿 The children have absolutely loved exploring this world, creating their own dinosaur adventures, and acting out so many exciting stories.

Learning through play is the best adventure! 🦕💥

🐞 Our Amazing Minibeast Small World! 🦋

Look at this wonderful creation the baby room staff have put together! 🥰 They have used artificial grass, sand, and lots of little details to make a beautiful habitat for all our favourite minibeasts 🐝🐜🪱. The children loved exploring, playing, and learning about the tiny creatures that live all around us in nature 🌿🌼.

It’s been such a fun way to spark curiosity, talk about the natural world, and use our imaginations! There is so much to discover outdoors and in our play 🐛✨.
