A fabulous first Fuelled holiday club for TAMNET. Very busy, lots going on including some healthy recipes, outdoor games and the good old categories game. Lovely to see so many of our students.

All the children took home the recipe card and ingredients to have a go baking the flapjack too. Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜‹

HUGE shout out to four of our students, who took part in the bronze expedition for Duke of Edinburgh over the last two days. They walked a staggering 27 miles and throughout showed absolute grit, determination, resilience, problem solving skills and team work. At times it was tough but they kept each other going and this was beautiful to watch. ๐Ÿ˜

Over the course of the year all students have been a pleasure to work alongside in our first ever DofE at TAMNET. It has been a learning curve, mostly for me! I am super proud of you all. Apologies to the parents for your children being a tiny bit broken this evening!

For three of the students, they have now completed all sections and the bronze award will soon be on it's way to them, congratulations El, Ro and Til. ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿฅณ For Ni, she will continue next year and hopefully bring a few more key-stage 4 students along for the ride.๐Ÿคž

Al Rayment thank you for all your support, for the water breaks and words of wisdom when we were circling Epworth Turbary, not a clue what we were doing! ๐Ÿ’š

Also thanks to Mags Smithson, who has been an absolute rock this year, guiding me whilst I learn the ropes! ๐Ÿงก

Fliss Doughty, thank you for visiting and bringing biccies! ๐Ÿ’œ

Hi all. Please see message below about Mary-Lou and her retirement. I have blocked her so she can't see this message, as it is a surprise ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿซฃ Em ๐Ÿฉท...

Hi all. It is Emma from TAMNET. I am contacting you as you are either currently or previously, worked with Mary-Lou from our team.

Mary-Lou has made to decision to retire at the end of the academic year. We are happy for her next chapter and future adventures but we will definitely have a hole in the team from her absence.

We want to give her the best possible send off on her final day at TAMNET on Wednesday 15th July. For part of this we are going to create a scrap book of pictures and messages from staff, parents and pupils to gift her on the day.

I therefore am hoping you will contribute to this in some way. We have a few options to make this work.

You could pop in with a written piece or picture and we can stick it straight in.

You can scan and email it and send it to me at [email protected] and I will print it and stick it in.

You can text me a message and I will type it up and stick it in.

If you are popping something in, can I ask to try and do this on a Thursday's or Friday's, when she isn't in work, please?

Everything we are planning are little surprises, so I don't want her to get suspicious!!

If you want to message her yourself, can we ask that you don't do this until after 9am on the 15th July! Again, not to spoil the farewell.

Thank you in advance.

Em ๐Ÿฉท xx
