I thought I'd give you all a little update as so many of you have been checking in on me.
STILLLLL feel like sh*te π«ππ
There has been one small win though... I managed to have a bath today! π When you've been feeling as rough as I have, that genuinely feels like progress.
For now, I'm continuing to rest, recover, and doing my very best to avoid a trip to A&E! π€£
Thank you so much for all the messages, support, and understanding over the last couple of weeks. It really does mean a lot, and I'm incredibly lucky to have such a supportive community around me. β€οΈ
As much as I'm desperate to get back to doing what I love, I'm trying to listen to my body and give it the time it needs to recover properly.
Fingers crossed a few more days of rest will do the trick and I'll be back causing chaos in the gym very soon! πͺ

For the last 2.5 years, I've built this private facility from the ground up, running sessions from 6am until 9pm and creating a welcoming, supportive environment for people of all fitness levels and backgrounds.
A recent bout of illness has been a reminder that , I can't do it all.

Just a quick update from me π
Unfortunately, I'm still not feeling any better. I finished my course of antibiotics yesterday, but my symptoms haven't improved and I'm still feeling pretty awful, so I have an appointment with the doctor at 5:30pm this evening to see what the next steps are.
At the moment, I don't feel well enough to return to coaching or PT sessions, and I don't want to come back until I'm fit enough to give you all the energy and support you deserve.
As soon as I've seen the doctor and know more, I'll update everyone and get sessions rearranged as quickly as possible.
Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and lovely messages while I've been off. I'm really sorry for the disruption and appreciate your support more than you know.

β€οΈ A Little Update From Me β€οΈ
π¨ CLASSES CANCELLED UNTIL MONDAY
Unfortunately, I'm going to have to cancel all classes and PT sessions until Monday.
As many of you know, I've not been feeling great for the last week or so. I finally got to the doctors today and it turns out I've got a chest infection.
To be honest, I felt rough last night and I'm feeling even worse today. I've got a temperature, feel sick, exhausted, and generally awful.
,
I've decided the sensible thing to do is take the next few days to rest, recover, and let the antibiotics do their job properly.
I'm absolutely gutted because I hate letting people down, this is the last thing I wanted to do. But I also know that trying to push through everything is probably why it takes me so long to get over illnesses in the first place.
For anyone affected:

All PT sessions will be rearranged.

All class bookings and credits will be moved across.
β
Nobody will lose any sessions or be out of pocket.
If you're booked onto Wednesday's Step Shred, your credit can be moved to Monday, next Wednesday, or any future session of your choice. Just drop me a message and I'll sort it for you.

Hopefully a few days of antibiotics, sleep, and actually following my own advice will have me back fighting fit and ready to go again on Monday! πͺ
