Seamer Pre-School We are a community based, voluntary managed setting, offering education and care for young children below statutory school age and over the age of two.

Seamer Pre-school is a fun place to grow and learn. We are a community based, voluntary managed setting, offering education and care for young children below statutory school age and over the age of two years. Our Pre-school aims to:

• provide high quality care and education for children below statutory school age;
• work in partnership with parents to help children to learn and develop;
• add to

the life and well being of our local community; and
• offer children and their parents a service which promotes equality and values diversity. We also aim to ensure that each child:

• is in a safe and stimulating environment;
• is given generous care and attention, because of our ratio of qualified staff to children, as well as volunteer parent helpers;
• has the chance to join with other children and adults to play, work and learn together;
• is helped to take forward her/his learning and development by being helped to build on what she/he already knows and can do;
• has a personal key worker who makes sure your child makes satisfying progress;
• is in a Pre-school which sees you as a partner in helping your child to learn and develop; and
• is in a Pre-school in which parents help to shape the service it offers

Parents
Parents are regarded as members of Pre-school who have full participatory rights. These include a right to be:
• valued and respected;
• kept informed;
• consulted;
• involved; and
• included at all levels.

🌈 WE’RE HIRING! 🍎 Pre-school Support Assistant

Do you enjoy working with children and fancy joining our friendly pre-school team? 💛

We’re looking for a Lunchtime Assistant to help make our little ones’ lunchtime happy, safe and enjoyable!

🍽️ Your role will include:
• Washing snack pots and preparing for lunch
• Setting up tables and chairs
• Supporting a small group of children during lunchtime
• Clearing away after lunch
• Washing up and helping to keep the kitchen/area clean and tidy

🕚 Hours: Monday–Friday, 11.00am–1.30pm, term time only
🎓 No childcare qualifications required!

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, caring, friendly and happy to be part of a busy pre-school team. Experience with children would be lovely but not essential.

We will see all our school leavers tomorrow at 11am at the Green next to Proudfoots weather dependant (we will meet at pre-school if too wet) - Please wear your party clothes and bring your teddies and a packed lunch 🙂 Parents to come back at 1pm. 🌞 dont forget your sun cream 🌞
