‼️These two classes are at risk of closure due to low attendance! ‼️
If you’re hoping to come along in September then please get booked in asap. Without enough children in them to make them financially viable I’ll have no choice but to close them and combine them with the other classes.

I find choosing your warm up dance music always the trickiest job! However I hope you like what I’ve chosen, opening week one with a tribute to the amazing Dolly Parton 😢💗

As always, I love to hear your suggestions for music during class, I want to use music that you know and love that makes you feel good so if you’ve got any you’d like to hear then pop them in the comments! ⬇️⬇️⬇️

I’ve got the summer holidays blues! It’s almost over and I wish it would go on forever! I’ve loved spending time with Elsie, she can’t wait to start back to school but I just want to hold onto these precious moments forever!

Today’s my 44th birthday 😬😆 I’m going to hike up a big old hill in the Lake District - I definitely got middle aged!

Last year was such a fabulous night raising money for lucys.legacy and you all know how much I go on about how great this charity is and how much it can support you as postnatal mums if you need their help.
