What You'll Be Doing
As a valued member of our team, you will:
• Build warm, nurturing relationships with children and their families.
• Create engaging play and learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence and independence.
• Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Observe, assess and celebrate children's progress through learning journals.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide outstanding care and education.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
• Follow nursery policies and statutory requirements, including safeguarding, health and safety and Ofsted expectations.
We're looking for someone who:
• Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Has a good understanding of the EYFS.
• Is caring, enthusiastic, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team.
• Has excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Is committed to providing high-quality care and learning experiences for every child.

Working hours:
• 42.5 hours per week
• Working between 7:00am and 6:00pm on a rota basis
Salary: Competitive (dependent on qualifications and experience)
