We had a great day yesterday at the Autumn Days event at Peasholm Park, supporting our friends at Seven Two Bushcraft and Survival we even had a visit from the local constabulary!

Did you follow the white rabbit down in to a wonderful Peasholm Park yesterday? (Wed's 26th Oct 22)

Being curiouser and curiouser, some of Sarborough's Neighbourhood Policing officers joined the Autumn Daze community event which featured bushcraft activites, Alice in Wonderlands storytimes and mini-beast educational trails.

PC Harvey Ross, Beat Manager for the area said, "It is important for us to attend these events and to be able to engage with our community. We are able to listen to what is happening and forge partnerships to help families who need it the most."

Joining PC Ross at the event were PCSO Lawrence Herbert and PCSO Dan Manners.

Lots of change at Hidden Horizons in the last few weeks...we have decided to concentrate on the geology and fossil side of what we do. So that means we have moved all our fossil hunting trips to The Fossil Shop website alongside our online fossil shop and the new Prep Shop, we also still run GeoEd Ltd from our Scarborough venue. If you don't already follow our Fossil Shop page we would encourage you to do so to keep in touch.

Our stargazing sessions have been handed over to the Astro Dog team and we wish Nicole and Si all the best with their new venture.

We still are happy to look at other one off events and school sessions, so if you want to get in touch please give us a shout! Our website has been updated to show all these changes and we look forward to seeing you soon.
