As we prepare ourselves for a new school year, we would like to offer a very warm welcome back to all our children! We hope you’ve had a wonderful summer and are ready for another exciting year of learning, friendship and fun.

A special welcome to all the children joining our school for the first time — we are so happy to have you with us and hope you quickly feel part of our school family.

We will be having our last Book Swap of this academic year on Friday 10th July. Children can bring any book they wish to swap into school and swap for a different one.

Every day in school counts!

Regular attendance helps children build confidence, develop friendships, and make the most of every learning opportunity.

Real Atkins brought their ‘ROBODOG’ to Saxmundham. The robot performed on the stage to all the KS2 pupils, showing off its extremely realistic dog movements. Robodog can ‘shake paws’,
‘have a head scratch’, walk on its hind legs’, ‘ run’ and even jump!

The pupils learnt about engineering and some even had a go at controlling the excitable Robodog.

We are delighted to share the fantastic total raised during our recent Great Athletes fundraiser! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our school community, we raised an amazing £4,215. This means the school will receive £2,003 to spend on brand new sports equipment for the children.
