Wishing you all a very happy, peaceful Christmas and an exciting 2020. Hope you have a relaxed fun and enjoyable time with your family and loved ones.
As the year draws to a close, I wanted to make sure I took a moment to reflect, acknowledge and to properly express my sincere gratitude to all those who continue to be there for me and who have played such a massive part in my own life transition since 2015. I take nothing for granted.
I don’t like talking about things in terms of making a “transition” as this suggests there is such a thing as a past, future and somewhere to arrive at/get to. I think about it as analogous to the planting of a seed in my heart and from here it hasn’t stopped growing since. As many of you will know, I am now living a very different life these days to the one I had pre-2015 and now I’m doing what I love and care about: helping and supporting others.
I have had the privilege to know, learn and work with some incredible people in my career and so this continues. However, none of this would have been possible without the love and support of my own support network around me. There are too many people and friends new and old to try to mention - you know who you are and from the bottom of my heart a big thank you to you all.
As we go forward into 2020, I would encourage you to listen to your heart and don’t be afraid to live and be your dream. Ask yourself one simple question: am I coming at this from a place of love or fear?
One thing I am certain: we are way more than the perception or self-image of who we “think” we are!
Live your experiences however that unfolds, invite all thoughts, feelings and emotions at the door watching them come and go – and remember at heart you are resilience, creativity, inspiration, motivation and confidence. Doubt the voice in the head and keep questioning the limiting thoughts and the deep held conditioned beliefs. Be open and present to what shows up in the now! Be grateful and love unconditionally. Live without attachment and don’t expect anything in return. I can promise amazing things will happen.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all.
