eather centre brings the exotic and fascinating life of the rainforests and deserts of the world to visitors of all ages. Your adventure into the magical realm of the natural world begins the moment you step through the door to be greeted by dragons, giant lizards, giant snakes, tortoises and turtles, frogs and assorted “creepy crawlies”. We offer an experience that cannot be found by visiting any zoo… animals behind glass are a wonder to behold, but to meet and interact with them is priceless and often a moment that can transform and change us forever. Overcoming fear is an essential life skill and we are proud to see so many of our visitors pushing through their comfort zone every day and leaving with a newfound love for all life on this beautiful planet. These animals aren’t creatures to be feared, they are sentient, intelligent often affectionate animals… Just pay us a visit and you will see them for what they really are and maybe even end up loving them too!

I just found this... I wish Jim and everyone at The Welsh Owl Garden & Zoo, Picton Castle the very best for the future. Jim was very kind in rehoming all The Reptile Experience family of animals and helping me strip out the premises for me to return it to my landlady. I don't know what I would have done without him. 🙏🏻🦖💕

Exciting!! OWLS AND RAVEN. Encounters
A special opportunity to help Ravenswell and get up close and personal to the owls
And learn all about them.
Next door to Cows And Sows tea room idless Truro.
Your fee will Help Ravenswell supporting Cornish wildlife life.

Owl encounter, one hour.
Mornings 11pm --- 1pm
£50 per person, including light lunch.
Up to 4 people in the group. This can be negotiable depending on the group.
Adults will be able to hold the owl
Children under 8 will not handle the owl
But can stroke it
Photos are allowed.

Owl experience 2 hours.
Afternoons only. 1pm --3pm.
Up to 4 adults. £90 per person includes cream tea.
Spend time in the company of owls
Fly an owl to you.
Learn all about them.
Time for photos.

RAVEN experience, one hour.£100.
This is an exclusive encounter.
ADULTS only, no more than 2 adults.
Meet Branwen if you dare.
Includes light lunch.

Home Ed encounters.

Have a party at the tea room inside out, Enjoy the tasty food at the Cows and sows, tea room.

For all the people who might come to this page wishing to come for a Reptile Experience, I'm sorry to say that I had to close The Reptile Experience due to the events of 2020... I kept this page open to keep in touch with everyone who so kindly supported us over the years in the hope of being able to welcome them and new visitors back again... Maybe one day... But not for now.. 😞 Thank you so much for dropping by... And I wish you the best holiday you could have in beautiful Pembrokeshire 👍🏻😊🦖🐍❤️
