β˜€οΈ HEAT STROKE AWARENESS β˜€οΈ

With such beautiful weather coming this Bank Holiday weekend, we wanted to share some important advice from our First Aid Courses about recognising the signs of heat stroke and heat exhaustion. 🌑️

Please look out for:

🚨 High body temperature
🚨 Hot, red or dry skin
🚨 Dizziness or confusion
🚨 Severe headache
🚨 Nausea or vomiting
🚨 Rapid breathing or pulse
🚨 Fainting or collapse

πŸ’§ Stay hydrated
🧒 Keep out of direct sun where possible
