Was your child born on or between 1 September, 2015 and 31 August, 2016? Then you will soon be able to apply for your child to start school (Reception) for September 2020. Applications can be made from 5 November, 2019 until 15 January, 2020.

In preparation for this, the Guide to Primary Education for 2020/21 is now available at: www.bracknell-forest.gov.uk/applyforprimary

Please take the time to read this guide, which also includes the dates of the open days for Bracknell Forest schools. You will be able to prepare for the admissions process, book school tours and, if you haven’t already done so, log your child’s details with the school admissions team.

A busy week at Little Sandhurst Nursery Group this week.
We’ve added a cosy sofa to our quiet area, so the children can enjoy lots more stories and book time in cosy comfort.
The baby room has been busy encouraging the babies with their physical development, one or two near to walking, which is very exciting.
We’ve been walking/puddle jumping in the rain, and had impromptu disco time.
There is rarely a quiet moment at LSNG, but it is all great fun!

Well, we have had a really successful first week back following the summer break. Lots of fun activities have been enjoyed by the children, and new children have settled in. Mushroom Club for children after school up to the age of seven (end of KS1) is up and running and working really well. Call us for further details.

Parents of new children receiving the 30 hours of funded care have been surprised that we are not charging for extras or consumables. We're not because currently we don't feel we need to. We want to give families a good deal and a great experience at Little Sandhurst Nursery Group.

We are looking forward to seeing all the children again next week for the new term.

Don't forget, we are open 8.00 - 4.30 each week day and offering 30 hours (with no extra charges) to those who are eligible.

Have you reached the end of the holidays and realised that the new academic year is about to start?

From this September we will be open 8.00 - 4.30 Monday to Friday for all ages. Parents can claim up to 6 funded hours per day with us. Extra hours can be paid for privately.
