What goes up, must come down! We tested out this theory at Little Forest Adventures. We used things like balls, cars, sand, stones, and saw what would happen when we let them go from high up, down a pipe, funnel or slide. We even tried with our own bodies! 🛝

A lovely treat for the last day of Easter holidays...a trip to Legoland! 🎡 Whilst most were too small for the rides, children loved walking round and seeing all the sculptures, enjoyed some physical play when playing in the Duplo Playtown, and walking round the Lego Miniland and seeing all the mini model creations. This lead to discussions about all the famous landmarks in different cities in the world that they could see. And there was even a Lego rocket that actually took off! 🚀 Was a lovely day 🌞

Amazing day at the Milestone Museum in Basingstoke! Children loved walking around the cobbled streets, exploring the old school 🏫 and old shops, and looking at all the old vehicles. They even had some old arcade games you could try and play! 🎰 We talked about how everything has changed so much! Especially all the vehicles we have now! 🚌 🚒 🚑 🚛 🚗

As mothers day is approaching, we paid a visit to Squires Garden Centre to look at some flowers! There were so many beautiful colours! We couldn't decide which ones to buy 🤷🏻‍♀️ but in the end we settled on Tigridia (never heard of them either!) and sunflowers! Looking forward to planting them together! 🪴 🌼 🌸 🌻 🌹 🏵

Special trip to Jakes Farm last week. Lots of physical play, jumping on the pillow, climbing on the diggers and practicing our driving skills, before taking a walk round the farm. Lots of discussions about the animals and their different colours, what their fur might feel like, who has 2 legs and who has 4, and which ones might spit at you! 😆 Finished off the day dancing with Jake himself!And the sun shone all day 😊🌞
