This morning, Rob — a parent of one of our children and a trained musician — kindly brought his piano into nursery to play Christmas music with our Pre-School group.
Using his fantastic musical talents, Rob sparked lots of excitement and engagement, with the children eagerly offering song requests and joyfully singing along while playing their own instruments.
A big thank you to Rob for giving the children such a special and festive Christmas experience!

Today the children were treated to a magical Polar Express experience! Our exuberant dancing chefs delivered a lovely hot chocolate to children in our Sunshine, Rainbow, Mini and Pre School Rooms, whilst they sat on their imaginary Polar Express Train! They gave their tickets to the Conductor, jingled their bells to Christmas music and even made a Polar Express scene with snow and 'North Pole' animals! ❄️ 🚂 🎅🏻

This morning our Pre School children and staff visited The Civic Hall (Nantwich) to watch the Santa's Christmas Cracker pantomime. The children were all very excited to go on the bus with their friends! They enjoyed the performance and then had the opportunity to meet Santa, who kindly gave them all a special gift! Thank you to Nantwich Town Council for organising such a lovely event for our children to attend 🚌 🎅🏻

At La Maternelle we go above and beyond the OFSTED requirement, in terms of the number of staff, that are qualified first aiders. Today some of our staff team took part in a paediatric first aid course, to continue their professional development. We would like to thank Safe Haven Training for delivering such a valuable course. ⛑️ 🩹
