In the blink of an eye, three days have flown by for our Year Six pupils on their final residential trip of their primary school journey! 🎉✨ We packed so much into this adventure – from exploring the Natural History Museum 🦖 and Twist Museum to navigating the tube 🚇, watching the incredible Matilda 🎭, enjoying a scenic boat trip 🚤, and taking in the breathtaking views on the London Eye 🎡. It’s certainly a trip they won’t forget in a hurry! Here's to making memories that last a lifetime! 🌟

The traditional tale ‘The Ugly Duckling’ which we are exploring during our English lessons, was brought to life last week with a visit from some very cute ducklings! 🐥🐥
The children asked some wonderful questions and learnt lots of new vocabulary and facts about these fluffy creatures!
This real life learning experience inspired the children to draw and write about the story of ‘The Ugly Duckling’!

🍕✨ Today, the wonderful Emma from Caterlink brought creativity to the kitchen with fruity pizzas! 🍍🍓 Our children had a blast practising their cutting skills while exploring new fruits. Not only did they learn, but they also created a delicious snack to enjoy! 😋💙

What a fantastic day at Callington MayFest! 🎉🌟 We were thrilled to join Mr. Kowalski, Mrs. Johnston, and some of our amazing pupils and parents as we paraded down Callington high-street with our giant puppet horse! 🐴It’s always a joy to be part of such vibrant community events that bring us all together. Thank you to everyone who came out to support! 🙌💙

Our Sunset Explorers have been making the most of the lovely weather we’ve been having recently. They have enjoyed using their imaginations and creativity to make houses for fairies, floral jewellery and play some fun games outside. ☀️

What an amazing opportunity for Wren Class! 🚛✨ Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting Will from Burcombe Haulage at one of our schools. He brought along one of his impressive curtain-sided lorries, and the students were thrilled to explore inside! They got to see all the buttons, levers, and even the sleeping arrangements. Will shared fascinating insights about the challenges of lorry driving, making it a truly educational experience for everyone involved. Thank you, Will! 🙌

Let’s honour the spirit of adventure and the quest for new territories! What treasures would you chase on your own global journey? 🌎 Wren Class had a fantastic time stepping into the role of explorers for the afternoon aboard the Golden Hind.
